I think most places recommend 1/2 inch, but I wouldn't sit there and measure it.

Where is Avalon? is it on the island? I want to go to a place that has a good referral but I think that good girl thing will freak me out. I intend to bring a small pillow to scream into while they are doing it, LOL
It's in the city on 33rd. Are you looking for a place on LI or NYC?

You can wear whatever you want. I think I've worn a skirt and lifted it up, but undergarments come off, so you're basically just lying on a table with your skirt pulled up if you choose to do that..lol

Are you anywhere near Oceanside? There is a place on Long Beach Rd called Fabulous Faces, I have gone there for other waxings, not brazilian though. Cathy and Joan are the 2 waxing ladies I know of there.... I have only used Joan.. she's SUPER nice!

ugh I am def bringing a pillow to scream into, I dont care how weird they think I am, you k now one of those small pillows. I am going away next week so I will shoot for the following week hopefully I can get an appt then since she has a long wait. ahhhhhhhhhhh I have to do this and just get it over with, how much more painful can it be from a facial? now those hurt too!!!
