Married at First Sight - death threats and restraining order!
love at first sight doesn't always work out, especially when the guy allegedly threatens to kill his spouse.
Jessica Castro just got a restraining order against Ryan De Nino, the husband she met on the show "Married at First Sight," claiming he had been threatening and menacing, but the last straw was when he told her, "I plan on killing you and your family."
The couple married in December, not having known each other even for a day. Producers of the A&E reality show paired them after psychological testing for compatibility.
The show chronicled the marriage for 6 weeks, and they've been living privately ever since, but not without drama. They reportedly had blow out fights and alleged substance abuse.
The restraining order was granted last Friday and requires Ryan to stay clear of Jessica and her family.

That poor girl... I feel like all she really wants is to be happy. A&E and the producers of this show should be ashamed of themselves and held accountable for all of this craziness.

Yep and the entire show was a fake. It seems none of them really wanted to get married. They are all on these shows to advance their careers.

I agree. I would love to see a gay bachelor/bachelorette

Nothing shocks me about him. I could tell from the beginning that he was a psycho. She is so sweet and can do much better.

This is getting real ugly, real fast. As previously reported, Jessica Castro filed a protection order against Ryan De Nino, the man she met and married within hours on A&E's Married at First Sight, and as those court papers indicate, Castro learned quickly just how violent her new husband could be.
Castro, 30, a law firm receptionist from Queens, N.Y., initially took part in Season 2 of Married at First Sight after a broken engagement and cheating left her feeling unlucky in love. As it turns out, Castro was in for a much ruder awakening by her rebound suitor. In March, Staten Island business owner De Nino, 29, vowed to kill her and her family. "I will break you into f--king pieces," a petition filed in Queens Family Court quoted her groom as saying. "I will break your dad into pieces. I will make your whole family disappear — and your f---ing dog-ass sister's boyfriend."
Six months after their wedding, while taping a Married at First Sight reunion show, De Nino was even more vocal about his murder plot. "She's f--king dead. When I get back to Brooklyn, she's f--king dead, this girl," De Nino said, while wearing a live mic. (Following the cast member's threat, the show's producers provided Castro with a security team
According to court documents obtained by the New York Post, Castro ended things with De Nino in February after she caught him cheating on her on Valentine's Day. De Nino — who Instagrammed Saturday that he was "disgusted" to hear of his wife's filing — faces harassment, menacing, and stalking charges, and has been ordered to stay away from Castro until their July 13 hearing.
Castro's lawyer, celebrity divorce attorney Marc Rapaport, said his client is "considering all her legal options including potential claims against A&E."
In a statement Monday, Kinetic Content, the production company behind Married at First Sight, could not comment on the specifics of the couple's dispute, but told Us Weekly after-care is provided to all contestants. "The experts on our show have the best of intentions and highest hopes for success for each couple. After undergoing extensive background and psychological checks by third parties, couples agree to be legally married on our show," their statement read. "We document their journey for six weeks after their wedding, but we can't control how they behave, or govern their actions after production."

They are already in production of Season 3!
I was just going to say the same thing. They got married beginning of June. Filming in Atlanta I believe. That was before this news broke. But still.

I kind of feel bad for Jaclyn and Ryan. They definitely have a spark and potential, but I think thethe 2nd chance was too forced by the experts. I don't think they are going to make it.

Not sure if others realized, but Part 2 aired right after Part 1! They incorrectly listed it in the guide as "Arranged" at 10 but it wasn't. I managed to catch up even though I was watching Part 1 on DVR.
I was annoyed at how antagonistic Logan was, the so called "experts" are just defensive because they made such crappy matches this season.

I've totally lost faith in this show. I guess the rumors about the quick casting were true.
Sad to hear that Ryan R and Jac didn't end up together. He did kind of treat her like crap though....

I can't believe part 2 was on last night!!!!! The experts should be ashamed of themselves. They matched people based on having a step father and being bullied as a child. I am sorry but there is more to a relationship than that.
