I dont think its staged....I think its what a house should look like when you are selling it....
ITA. When selling a house, it should be clean and clutter free! Ours was!

Thank you for posting this! I showed it to DH and he loves it - and 99% of the time I send him houses I find on MLS he's either like, "I saw that already" or "Eh."

Are those taxes normal for Bethpage? They seem high for a house/lot that small?
I pay close to that for a bigger home in Bethpage. That number may be w/o STAR.

LOVE this house and i WISH it had a basement :( And agreed, this is how homes should look when they're being showed - neat and clean. The way some of these homes are portrayed on MLS makes me not even want to go look!
