Love this house....inside & out
jack and i walk by it often
its just down the road by my home
can we say.....just beautiful

after today market drop... it will prob be on the market even longer

is that in the development right off Horseblock Rd. where they built all of those humongo houses? If that is the one I am thinking of, it looks like the outside of Eastwind!

I can see two kitchens, but why are they in the same room? And why can't they match if they are in the same room? You can see the stairs in both photos.

yup... its a steal at that price 
this is the kinda house you pay for up front ..CA$H...than just pay taxes yearly

That house is AMAZING...
I'm surprised to see that it's *only* $1.5. If that house were built in my area (Nassau County), it would be at LEAST a million dollars more than that.

the entire house is just

I was going to say that the house is "cheap" for the size and look...
I don't know the area so maybe that's why....there are houses by me much smaller going for the same....
