I seriously dislike the architectural result of some of the levitt home renovations. The curb appeal is horrible, that house is just sad to look at.

Yes its the front - very boring. Very plain. And it is right across from the post office and a shopping center - Also the fire station is right there.

The front really does look like the back. Not nice at all the way they did that.

with prices the way they are right now why would you pay $475 000 for that house in Levittown. I live in Levittown and even though the schools are decent I would not pay that price for that house in Levittown.

That was my thought too, and they have no additional photos of the inside.

Yeh but for someone that can only afford 300K the space inside is not bad. Also, they can change the front door and add some umfff to it.

I wouldn't prefer it but I can see monetarily why.

I know that house too and agree that the curb appeal leaves much to be desired.

Plus, being on a very busy road would be a minus for me.

For such a busy street I would never pay that kind of money.
Don't these flippers watch TV, you need curb appeal

We are looking (or pre-looking, I should say) in Levittown, and they are not going to close to $475k. I have seen lots of houses online, and that has to be one of the ugliest I've seen. There are much, much nicer houses there for a lot less money.

I especially like the panoramic view of the parking lot. Chat Icon

Is that the one that backs up to commercial properties on the pike by the flea market?

I have to admit, the inside is nice. But that location is just horrid. With no backyard to boot.

I know!!

I'm commenting that for $300k I could see it selling but not $4XXK.
