I'm going to be realistic here. It's 8 weeks, right?
Put me down for 4 lbs.
I'm BFing twins and tend to only be able to lose around .5 lbs per week without affecting my milk.
I couldn't weigh in today because I am in the process of moving and my scale did not make it to our new apartment yet!

OK! So I'm in the middle of the raw vegan cleanse and I'm down 1.5 lbs already! I also feel amazing an am sleeping better! Starting a juice fast for 3 (or 5) days tomorrow. Very excited

I would like to join! I've lost around 35 lbs since baby and still have 25 to go
goal is to lose 12 lbs by labor day!
eta; i'll use my weight from this morning.
as far as what I'm doing -
gym most days of the week and mix up the machines I use - stair mill, elliptical, cross trainer, and some othre cardio machines i dont know the name of lol. I work out for 45mins to 1 hour.
planning on getting in on more spin classes. calorie burning galore!
oh, i also bought a 30 day unlimited pass for hot yoga near my house but have not tried it yet.
as far as diet , i'm concious but not cutting too much since I'm breast feeding.
I have been loading up on veggies and salads, greek yogurt, oatmeal most mornings, no fried foods (ate too much of that when i was pregnant!)
good thing is that with the baby, DH and I can't go out and eat all the time which we did a lot of when I was pregnant.
