Just got an OMG phone call! been waiting 2.5 years!!
so we closed yesterday.
Today my mother just called and says
"This morning Daddy asked me when we are moving to NC"
 I HAVE BEEN DREAMING OF THIS SENTENCE!!
she says imagine...while you paint tonight, josh could be with us...IMAGINE?? I DREAM IT!!
I never asked them to come, ever. I don't want them down here unless they really want to come.
My youngest brother is a HS senior who just decided to go to school at Utica. My other sister graduates this summer from Hunter...so they will have an empty house.
I think after my breakdown last week with the asthma, they know I am at the end of my rope.
Even if it doesn't ever happen, it makes me happy today!

thanks, but Leo and I have zero to do with this decision! honestly.
I am the oldest of 7. I have 2 grandmothers...both have over 30 grandkids.
What josh has with my parents, I did not know that existed. I was never close to being the center of the universe.
My parents do have a new granddaughter though...but they live in a rainforest...seriously. NC is going to be a big enough possible adjustment for these city slickers.
I am sure my mother's therapist would be thrilled. My mother goes every week to deal with the fact that she is a grandmother with no babies.

that is great news!!! My parents live 4hrs away and it is sooo hard on my mother that she cant see DS as often as she wishes. Plus I work FT I wish I had her here to help me

That's awesome! It is so much easier/better with family around. I am hoping we get that call from my inlaws one day soon (I am pretty sure they will make the move, just a matter of when).

That would be so great! I wish my parents would make the call to me...I can't complain though. They are a close enough to visit very often.

That's awesome!!!!! As someone who just went from living with her mom to living 1600 miles away I can understand your joy. It's my dream too! I would never ask her to come either so who knows what the future holds. Congrats again, I hope they go through with it.
