It cost me $42.00 to fill up my Honda Fit with Gas
And it's only a Fit.. Can you imagine what it would cost to fill up the Accord...

I discovered that there is a $75.00 maximum on my CitiCard. It turned off at that amount. It was pretty close to full, but not entirely (the needle wasn't pegged down, but it did say full). I joked with the gas attendant inside that credit/bank companies need to up that limit.

that's why I don't wait till the tank is almost on empty. I get gas every weekend and fill up. I go through 9 or 10 gallons a week. so it's not as painful that way

it cost me $65-$70 to fill up my accord with a quarter of a tank, but i think the tank is 18 gallons
I'm not bothered by it though, its life everything is going up!!

$50. at $4.49 a gallon (premium gas)
What makes me feel better is knowing my situation is not as bad as having an unnecessarily large vehicle for my needs. And that I only fill up about once every two weeks because I work so close to home.
I did one of those calculators the other day on how long it would take to make buying a more fuel efficient car a financial advantage. It came out to about 10 years.
So I think I'll just stick with my almost-paid-off sedan for now.

60 bucks to fill up the Accord. I'll spend the 20 dollars to not be squooshed into a Fit for at least 14 hours a week.

There is a place on sunrise highway in Seaford....I got gas there today. It was $4.17 ....cash or credit card.
My gas light was on and i paid $50.00 for my jeep patriot
