Is your bathroom floor tile different from your shower tile?

Is your bathroom floor tile different from your shower tile?
We want to knock out the tile in our master shower but keep the tile on the bathroom floor since it's perfectly fine. The tiles are neutral and should be pretty easy to match with new shower tile, but I wasn't sure how this would look. Right now everything is the same.
Anyone have pics to share?

Ours is diff...floor is dark grey and walls are light grey

Most of the bathrooms I see being built on TV have different floor tile and shower basin tile.

Ours is different. The floor tile is a dark brown and the shower tile is a lighter brown.

Yes..the wall tile is tumbled travertine and so is the shower floor. The floor time is brown/gray wood tile planks

I have a creamish color tile in the shower to the ceiling, and on the walls of the rest of the bathroom just going 1/2way up. And then a dark brown tile on the floor. It is the same tile in 2 different colors. Pics in my album.
