DS is 12 now and knows about Santa, but we (grown ups) always got gifts from Santa. I like the idea of keep giving him something from Santa, now that he knows

In our house Santa brings for the kids only. Presents from Santa are wrapped in special paper so it's clear that they're from him. But we also give our kids gifts and the gifts we give are also things/toys and cool things (not socks or anything like that). Last year our gifts to them were a giant 5ft sandbox and a geometric climbing dome for the backyard. Santa stuck to the list. Santa does however fill all our stockings.

In our house, Santa only brings gifts to the kids. Our DS questioned the stockings and we said Santa leaves stocking gifts for everyone.

Santa always brought presents for my parents growing up. He still does! The gifts I buy for my DH always said from Santa because I'm cheesy like that.  Santa fills everyone's stockings, too!
ETA: My mom/sister (since honestly my sister does most of the wrapping) still writes Love Santa on all our gifts, too.
