Glad to hear that you are all ok. I get so nervous when DH drives (and he is a good driver) but I feel like sometimes he doesn't pay attention (like when he decides to look something up on his blackberry while driving ) and I am constantly telling him to stop.

Now..I have to say I am very upset with DH. Why? Because the accident was his fault. He wasn't paying attention and in those few seconds, look what happened. I know he feels horrible enough already, but I cannot help but think about the "what ifs" at the moment and be angry with him, even though we are all ok. This could have been so much more worse.
I am glad everyone is okay but I have to say that being mad at your dh is not going to help, I am sure he feels bad enough, try not to place too much blame.

Thank god everyone is ok - and unfortunately accidents happen - which is why they are called accidents. Just be thankful that everyone is ok and don't be too hard on DH - I'm sure he's beating himself up pretty hard right now!

Forget the "what could have been" and go with the "so lucky he braked in time or it could have been worse". I'm sure he's beating himself up enough for the two of you.

Completely agree!
Since you are all ok - I wouldn't think about what if's. You can't think that way. I am sure he feels absolutely horrible, I don't think you being upset with him is going to help any situation
