Im starting to get anxious about getting everything done.

Okay, the baby's room is not yet done. We still have to prime it, paint it, put the border up, lay the rug down, put furniture together and set it up. I just realized that Christmas is coming quickly and i have all these classes to take soon and im starting to get very upset that things will not be done.

I refuse to be 9 months pregnant and killing myself, putting everything together, washing everything and settign everything up. Im friggin tired all the time and down right lazy.

My DH is so not on the same page with me and thinks we have all the time in the world. Maybe we would if the holidays werent around the corner. I have 12 weeks left and he doesnt realize how quickly the baby will be here.

What annoys me more is that his friend wants him to help with his house and put down his rugs for him (DH works in the carpeting business), meanwhile we have so much to do. I dont care if he helps, but i would rather him be there for only a couple of hours not all day. I know he will be there all day though, which will get me so pizzed!!!

I suggest putting a list together and breaking it up into X number of weeks. Make it a point to get the items assigned to each week done by the end of the week.

My DH was the same way but as soon as the ball got rolling on the nursery, things went a lot faster. I also keep our list posted on the fridge and I update it every week with "__ weeks left" so I'm sure that has a lot to do with it!

Tell me about it - I'm 4 and a half months pregnant, and we still need to move to another rented place! I dont even know if we'll have a seperate room for the baby!!!!

Don't sweat it - I am 4 weeks away from giving birth and just last night they STARTED doing sheetrock in the baby's room.
I decided not to kill myself worrying about it. At this point, either it will be finished or not. Nothing I can say or do will speed this process up and I don't feel like getting my or DH's panties in a bundle.
