Yeah that's definitely not me. I was lucky I got a shower every day when I was a sahm for the summer. I lived in sweatpants and still some maternity pants. DS is 6 months old! I have lost some weight but not enough, plus I don't want to buy new pants and then they get to big since I'm still losing weight. SO im still wearing some maternity pants! Its so unfair that some woman can look fantastic after having a baby. I didnt even leave the hospital looking great and my DS had to stay in the NICU. I went home in a pair of my dads sweatpants, a huge t-shirt and the hospital socks bc my mom took home all my clothes and shoes! HAHA. I looked like a homeless person. DH and my sister were embarrassed to be around me looking like that!

Ugh...but what i have come to realize is that a LOT of people have help. I know of three stay at home moms that still have babysitters. Another neighbor of mine just had a 2nd baby and is on maternity leave but still has her nanny coming every day..OR their husbands help out a LOT...sometimes i'm secretly jealous!
All that help can make a HUGE difference.
i was going to say this. people tell me i seem like i have it all put together but i am a SAHM to three (4 year old, 2 year old and 6 month old) but I have a full time nanny to help me! If I wasn't put together, it'd be sad! Help makes a HUGE difference.
