My plan is to work until the end. I work in an office and am currently living 5 blocks from work so I am hoping I can last until the end!

With my 1st pg I stopped working on a Friday (39w5d) and had DD the following Thurs. I would have worked that week, but my BP spiked and I had to go in every day for monitoring.

This time around I will have a repeat c-section. My due date is March 7th, but I'm aiming for the 5th to be the section date. I will stop working on the 3rd b/c I'll have to go in on the 4th for pre-op testing. So I'll be 39w3d.

If all goes as planned, I'll be 39 weeks, 2 days! (that's when we start our Christmas break)

I am 36 wks now, and still feel great. If I were home, I would be bored and anxious for ...

So....I am working until my water breaks, or decides it's time to arrive!

I'm due Dec 25 so I was going to make Dec 18 my last day of work but I have to use a week of my vaca so my last day is Dec 11 and I'll be 38 weeks

Tomorrow is my last day and I will be 39 weeks and 1 day! My countdown says 6 days and 3 hours to go.

Just to clarify my earlier response, I have every intention of working until I have this baby for a few reasons. #1- I own my own business and teach dance. I don't get "maternity leave." I took over for my mom, so she will work for me when the time comes, but I don't want to take advantage because she's retired. #2- I was able (knock on wood) to teach until the day before my induction with my son, which was 6 days past my due date.
Obviously, if there is some complication or physical reason why I would need to stop working, then I'll do what I have to do. I'm keepingmy fingers crossed that there will be no issues and I will work until the end. And barring a c-section I have intentions of returning to work after 3 weeks- that's what I did with DS.

I will of course play it by ear b/c I have NO idea how I feel feel....but my goal is to work to 40 weeks! My job however, is pretty physical and I am on my feet a lot and assisting patients. We shall see how things turn out...

I plan on working up until my due date unless there are complications. Last time I finished work on a Friday and had DD on Sunday! I'd rather have more time with the baby.

working right up until the end, health permitting. I'd rather have time with the baby after she comes, than before. Plus I have a desk job so I'm hoping it won't be too bad. I'm only 32 weeks now though, so who knows.
