I am usually in bed between 9:30 and 10 and wake up at 6:00. However since becoming pregnant, I still go to sleep at that time but I cannot stay asleep for the life of me

between 5 - 6 hours... I can't fall asleep any earlier but after reading all of your responses, maybe I should try to go to bed earlier!

8 to 9 hours...
I need alot of sleep...I try to go to bed between 9 and 10 (never later than 10 or I'm cranky) and I get up by 6/6:15

Usually around 5/6 hours - asleep around 11ish and up at 5 - most nites I don't go to sleep until almost midnite

I get anywhere from 8 to 10 hours depending on the day. Usually 9.
I figured out my optimum sleep time is 9 hours.
I could sleep for 12 though.
