How many hours sleep do you get?
I would say I average around 7. Most nights I am fast asleep by 10, and I wake up at 5:45am.

I try to fall asleep by 12am
I got up at 6:15 today- but I need to leave even earlier for work tomorrow- around 6:45am
I can't wait to move next week- then I wont have to leave till 8am! more sleep for me!

I find that by 9:30, I am just DONE. I usually lay in bed, turn the tv on (DH goes on his computer), and I am out like a light by 10. If there is something I want to watch, I struggle to stay up, but never make it.

I go to sleep around 11:30am and get up at 8:15am. I don't have to be at work until 10am, which is nice.

This is pretty much us to a "T"......
I'm pooped by the end of the day. Plus, I need to fall asleep before DH because he snores

I ususally sleep about 7 hours. I need to start going to bed earlier, because I am always so tired lately. What happens to me is that I am exhaused all day, feel a little better after dinner and then around 9 PM I am wide awake.

the nights that I have insomnia- 3-4 but I can usually function ok on that
thing is when you have a baby it really all depends on their sleeping, if the baby is not sleeping then Im not.
some rare nights none- only if Im really nervous about something.
