Help! its driving me crazy!
I had a chopped salad (from lombardis market - so good) for lunch today and it has a ton of raw veggies in it. Anyway - I have had a small piece of something stuck in the bacn of my throat since lunch time.
It is driving me crazy. I have tried everything I can think of. Coughing, making wierd noises, gargling, drinking water, eating. NOTHING IS WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!
any ideas?

that happens to me with popcorn!!!
sometimes the shell part of it breaks off and gets trapped like hidden between the side of my tounge in the back and I hate it!
I always try to eat a slice of bread and kinda swish it around my mouth...lol gross, i know, but sometimes it works!

yea I agree- bread that is toasted or a little bit stale sometimes is better because it kind of scrapes the back of your mouth
you could also try drinking a hot beverage
