this new med. company is driving me crazy...
my dr's office called prescriptions (3) in for me a WEEK AGO yesterday. I haven't heard from the company and I realized today that I am starting my lupron in a little over a week, so I'd like to have it sent to me. I called them today and the lady was like  I don't know why the prescriptions came back up here- I have to send them back downstairs?!?!?!?!?!?  So now I have to call again tomorrow to find out what is wrong. The good thing is I found out my drs office put refills in for me so if i do need to go thru this again in the future, I won't have to bug them to order them again...

It's really scary how inept pharmacies are nowadays. Just a few weeks ago, I went to pick up my Metformin (@ Walmart--$4 generics!) and opened the bag to find someone else's Vicodin in there!!  
Thank God I didn't take any!!!!!
ETA: Sorry, went off on my tangent and forgot my original purpose!  In any event, I hope you get things straightened out tomorrow! How frustrating!

i use rockville center if i order it early enough they will deliver that day or first thing the next morning free of charge they are very good see if you can use them

Sorry you're going through this. the insurance companies had me in tears several times when I was cycling, they are so awful.
One suggestion though - double check that you wont need additional approvals for refills. I was under the impression I wouldnt need any additional approval also, and I was wrong, and they were delayed in getting me my refills (ended up not being a big deal since I triggered that night/ didnt need the refill). This was ANOTHER one of the times that they had me in tears trying to understand *** was going on. Best of luck to you.
