Parents Vent! They are driving me crazy...

Because they think we know the sex and that we are not telling anyone.

We don't know the sex and they keep asking the dumbest questions to try to get it out of us.

I ordered what might be the coming outfit the other day - this really cute white bunny outfit from Nordstrom. I emailed my mom and said that if she sees either a blue or pink/lavendar onesie to pick it up because we can put it underneath the outfit. Today she calls, I say hello, and the first thing out of her mouth is "Are you having a girl??" You asked for a pink, lavendar and a blue onesie! No dumba$$, I said pink/lavendar ( "/" also means OR) and a blue one. ARGGHHHHHH!!!!! I know they are excited and want to know, but I swear we don't know the sex!!

We have a plan for this and I hope it helps you. Although everybody knows we are having a boy, we have been quiet on the name. So now whenever somebody asks us 'Is the name xxxxx?' We say yes. We have now told people that the baby will have about 30 different names.

So when you're asked 'Is it a girl?' Say yes. Then immediately start talking about how you need DH to buy a baseball and glove for the baby. When they ask "is it a boy?' Say yes. Then start talking about how you found a cute little princess outfit for the baby on Halloween.
