Help! Bathroom remodel crisis!
Maybe not a crisis but i need help!!! So, we ordered enough pencil cap for above the mosaic going up 4 feet on the wall. The tile installer just said that we would need more pencil if we want him to put it on the bottom and on the top of the mosaic. Same thing for the bathtub area. I just figured it would be tile, mosaic, tile. He said he normally does tile, pencil, mosaic, pencil, tile.
What do I do? Spend another $256 on pencil or just hope that it'll look nice without pencil?

with the price of re-doing a bathroom i would probably just order it if that's what he suggests
that being said, i feel like i've seen plenty of pictures with the pencil only on top of the mosaic, and i think it looks fine

I would go ahead and get the extra pencil tile. I think its OK either way, but I think for an extra $256, it adds a bit more of a "finished look."
