I watched it go up 30 cents in one day at the BJs gas station.

Home heating oil is over 4 bucks a gallon

I paid 4.17 yesterday when I went to put gas in my car. I don’t have oil heat so I don’t know about prices for that.

It was about 4.35 where I was. $70 to fill up the tank which I have to do twice a week. Maybe Biden will send out stimulus checks to those going bankrupt paying for gas (that was sarcasm lol)

Use Gas Buddy so you can see prices. I just checked and the places I go to are still under $4.00. I will be going tomorrow though so we will see but I am lucky that my car is great on gas.

The fact that Joey won’t tap into the US supply and we continue to buy from Russia is criminal. I don’t know what the end game is here - maybe to make people want electric cars.

This time last year and 1.90 the year prior. This is going to kill the working class. So awful. If trump were in office snd this were happening people would be lined up with pitch forks

Costco is at 3.54 today if you have a membership.
Of course the lines are too long for me to wait on but sometimes dh will go early or late it's not as terrible

My husband just text me he just filled up 3/4 of his tank for $119.

I filled up my Jeep yesterday and didn't ask for the receipt because I didn’t want to see it lol

Absolute nightmare.

Didn’t use gas buddy as I just went to the closest place and paid $4.09. Gas light was on and for $20 I got a little over half a tank.

It has been fluctuating between 1.80-2.20 a liter. 4 liters in a gallon and the exchange rate is about $10 a gallon. We are more dependent on Russia, though, and my city is expensive. Perhaps I miscalculated because of the exchange rate, but it’s definitely not $7. Maybe 9? I can’t math.

My point is that the prices are crazy all over the world. It’s probably more heavily taxed here, though.

I’m going to be using my bike more now. Even public transport is crazy. Electricity is also going up, but that’s related to something else and not Russia or inflation.

How do you like the hybrid? I’m considering getting an electric car because I will be needing a car more and my car sucks (sometimes the gear won’t pop into reverse). I am not crazy about electric (or even automatic) because I have no idea where I could even charge it and electricity is expensive, too.
