OK so I checked with ladyofficer and based on that and other posts, we'll plan for Sunday, October 24th!
My only concern is - what if it rains or is cold that day? We should pick an outside location for this and then maybe a backup plan? A rain date might not be possible unless we use Saturday the 30th as the rain date, but not sure if people will already have plans.
Also, Cedar Creek is close to an hour away from me, so I'd prefer to go somewhere a bit more west. Any suggestions? Eisenhower Park is an option, any others?

Just out of curiosity......Halloween falls on a Sunday. So why not do it the day before so the kids can wear their costumes ob both Sat and Sun? Saturday would be like a trail run lol. Make sure everything looks good before the big day.

Good point. I think we should decide on a place and once we have that, I'll start another thread to get the people that are definitely in.
Ok so current options to meet:
Eisenhower Park in Westbury
Cedar Creek in Seaford
Christopher Morley in Roslyn
Any others? Any preferences?

Did you find the location poll? I bumped it this morning.
I saw that post from last year, but the only thing is that (1) everyone would have to pay and (2) we would have a limit to the number of people that could go. The good thing is that it would be indoors, but not sure if we should limit it etc.
