Halloween GTG Sat OCT 25 - UPDATED 10/24 - It's tomorrow!!!
We're set for SAT OCT 25th 4-6pm!
The Original Mommy and Me
NEW RULES:
OK, I just called about the age factor. We can make different accomodations based upon the age of the child. I'm still going to have to charge the parent for pizza, but the newborns/infants do not have to pay the "participation" fee.
This is about to get complicated:
I can now take 20 "participating" children over 6 months of age and 8 "nonparticipating" children under 6 months of age.
If you have a child over 6 months, your price is $15-includes playing and pizza for parent.
If you have a child under 6 months, your price is $5-includes pizza for parent.
Please do not knit pick the system. I'm trying to make everyone happy, include as many people as possible and not be too crowded. I'm also trying to make sure I have enough pizza for all the parents.
A parent must stay with their child. Please, no chocolate.
There is a max of 20 participating (over 6 months) and 8 nonparticipating (under 6 months), but there are some maybe's on here so please continue to add your name to the "B" list after we're full.
We will need soda, juice, plates, napkins, cups and utensils. Any other tricks or treats are welcome, but the owner has asked for no chocolate please.
Payment can be made with a check made out to CASH to me. When you know you're a definite, you can FM me for my address. I will need all payments by Oct 10.
Please reply to edit the list with appropriate names and ages and what you can bring of the needed items.

I still haven't heard back yet, but I was looking for Sat OCT 25 at 4pm.
I'll let you know as soon as I know and I'll use the people who already responded in this thread as the basis for the beginnings of an attendee list.

I do believe I already have 2 or 3 people from the other B-list on here.
So far, based on the above responses and a couple FMs, I believe I have 17 if it's on Saturday and 19 if it's on Sunday.

You can check with April but she is having her own Halloween events on Saturday 10/25 and two on Sunday 10/26 where she organizes it and charges $20 each. Like I said you can check with her but I spoke with her this morning.
