Getting into real estate
How do you get into this and become an agent. Is there any opportunity for part time work?

You have to take 90 hrs of pre-licensing courses and then take the state exam. From there you interview agencies to hold your license and begin your practice. There is a lot of time and marketing to build your business and many will argue that you can't do it part time. It's a business and if you treat it like a business, it's hard to commit to it on a part time level.
