Freaking Out! Update Sunday Night
Well, I am totally freaking out right about now. I did Follistim/IUI last month, developed OHSS, and AF showed up last Thursday. Yesterday I started spotting out of nowhere so I went to the RE this morning. I have a GIANT cyst on my right ovary, my uterine lining did not fully shed, and my urine pregnancy test came back positive  . Basically they have no idea what is going on with me right now. The biggest concern is for an ectopic pregnancy at this point. Today is DH's birthday and he rushed home from work to console me. I am totaly beside myself.
Update 1: Lab results are not looking good. Beta is 300 and progresterone is 2. I am still spotting. Dr. B. seems to think this is either an ectopic or an "abnormal uterine pregnancy". I have to return for more blood testing on Sunday and take it from there. I am facing a possible D&C and/or Methotrexate shot if it is an ectopic. I am a total basket case and can't believe this is happening. This is the second time in 2 months I had a positive beta without a "real" pregnancy.
Update 2 (Sunday): I have good and bad news to share. First the good news. I am not having an ectopic pregnancy. My beta dropped to 70 and progesterone stayed a 2 so most likely what has happened is a chemical pregnancy. The bad news is that this is the second chemical pregnancy in 2 months for me. Now of course I want to know why this keeps happening. I have a feeling I am store for some further testing. Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers.

They did full blood work and sono this morning. I should have results this afternoon. I am so scared.

I have been where you are and am here for you.
Last year, I finally got pregnant (naturally, much to the surprise of my docs) and it was ectopic. My ectopic was caused by a large, grape-fruit sized, ovarian cyst.
I had laparoscopic surgery to remove my cyst, my right fallopian tube and to end the pregnancy. They also did a D+C.
