Fish oil while pregnant
My Obgyn told me to take fish oil pills and I was wondering if anyone else is taking this vitamin. I am slightly nervous bc the warning on the bottle states about being pregnant to consult with a doctor.
I am nervous!

DHA is fish oil, so it's fine. I asked my OB if I should be taking DHA supplements and she said yes. I get the ones from Target.

i take a lot of fish oil (always have) - just make sure whatever brand you get is purified to remove heavy metals like mercury. I take the one by NowFoods and highly recommend it (no fish burps!)

the prenatal vitamins i have come with a DHA/Omega pill so maybe you can take something like that instead!

Same here.
Yup... me, too. I take Citra Natal Assure. That has stool softener in it, too, which helps!
