Anyone take Lovenox with Fish Oil??

Sorry to ask another Lovenox question.

I am currently taking a large dosage of Omega-3, 4000mg to help with suppressing NK cells. Also I am on Lovenox, but I read you should not take together. I briefly mentioned it to the hematolgist and she said it was ok,,,( but I didn't tell her the dose of Omega 3 I was taking).

I am def going to call and verfiy with my RE.

But I was jsut curious if anyone else was taking Lovenox with Omega 3 Fish Oil???

I took fish oils, Lovenox and baby aspirin and had no problems. My peri knew I was on all of them and was fine with it.
