Re: Does your DH cook?

Yes - Dh can make sauce, a bunch of chicken dishes in the oven, he grills, etc. I think he does more then most men and I am thankful for that. But lately I have taken the upperhand in cooking for us and I think he is happy about that!

Re: Does your DH cook?

Mine can cook quite well actually! The problem is that I don't ADORE the stuff he makes b/c I am such a picky eater. So he generally can't cook for me b/c he knows I don't like it Chat Icon

Mine can make easy things. Like boil water and put in his Ramen noodles, microwave things, and put his frozen chicken nuggets in the oven. Chat Icon

I do have to say though that after I make dinner though and we finish he will do the dishes.

Yes, ramen. He can make that too. Such healthy optionsChat Icon

Yeah - he makes tacos, french toast, egg sandwiches, and penne a la vodka. I do most of the cooking though.

Re: Does your DH cook?

Occasionally he cooks... there are certain things he makes really well so if we're going to have them, he knows he'll be the one cooking it!

Re: Does your DH cook?

He enjoys cooking more than I do, so he does the bulk of the cooking in our house. Grilling he loves, and I can usually handle side dishes.

Re: Does your DH cook?

He does and he is quite good....he loves spending time with my mom in the kitchen learning her recipes. I usually cook during the week though bc I get home a cple hrs earlier then him...on the weekends though he loves devoting a day to cooking Chat Icon

He also makes me breakfast on the weekends.

Re: Does your DH cook?

Yes. I cook 99% of the time, but he'll bbq or stir-fry something once in awhile. But he'll always take care of the dishes.

Re: Does your DH cook?

Yup. He is better and more experienced than I am, but I do most of the cooking anyway b/c I am not working. I ask him for advice a lot though. He actually likes cooking. In fact, when I said I would always cook when I am home, he said "Don't take my cooking away from me." I wish I felt that way about cooking.

Re: Does your DH cook?

My DH does cook, we probably split the cooking about 50/50. I think he’s a better cook than I am, he has better instincts and is good at making sauces. His only downfall is that he is relatively picky and doesn’t like a lot of vegetables (although he has expanded his horizons over the past few years a lot!), but he is definitely a good cook.
