Does anyone have a name for BBQ people that come to your house and cook for a party?
The people with the truck and they cook everything for you?

I know Zan's behind Smithhaven mall does. They did my niece's graduation party last month and did a great job!

We use someone called BBQ Joe. I don't have his actual info, but we have been to quite a few parties and he does an excellent job. I know he is located out east and grows some of his own veggies!!
Very yummy.
