Do you use different types of bottles?
For instance, right now we use Dr Browns and have been using them since Alison was born.
I also have Playtex bottles that I received at my shower. I have not used them. Do you have any advice of using 2 different types of bottles or is it recommended to use only one?
Any advice would be great - thanks

I use just Dr Browns on a daily basis, but sometimes if there aren't any clean ones...like if my stupid husband hasn't washed them (because you all know washing bottles is a mans job) I use Avent ones and a Playtex one that I have knocking around the house.
When I saw my Lactation Consultant in May she told me to use different bottles with different kinds of nipples to keep the baby on his toes as they say, so I do alternate every once in a great while.

I have the regular Dr Browns bottles and the wide neck ones - I use all of them. DD never regected any of them.

I have been using dr browns exclusively but was wondering the same thing. I have others laying around from my shower that I was going to use- not sure what to do? thanks for posting this.

I kind of agree with this. I don't think there is anything wrong with using different kinds of bottles. I have tried the Playtex ventaire ones and my only problem was that she couldn't get anything out of the size 1 nipples, and the size 2 were too big (the milk leaked all over her face)  .
