Being a SAHM of 2 boys 10.5 months apart, I napped whenever they napped bc they napped together. My reasoning, both boys were extremely early wakers, prior to 530. Come noon, I was exhausted, the cleaning could wait.

Now only my 2.5 yr old naps, so I font really nap unless I truly need it & Dh is home (he works from home on.days)

I did when it was just me and DS. We napped together.

I nap any chance that I get. When I was home with the boy(s), I would nap when they napped.

DH and I take turns giving one another breaks on the weekends. I usually take a short nap when DS#2 naps on one of the weekend days. DH will hang out with DS#1. DH was never a napper and chooses to do other things when he gets his break.

I have never been a napper and have never napped since having DS, not even during the newborn stage, he's 3. I'm pregnant now and felt very very tired for a couple weeks mid-1st trimester and even then, didn't nap. Just not me.

Yes. I have a 3 week old who does not sttn so when I get very sleepy, I ask DH to watch him and I take a nap. He's taken naps too. I have always been a big napper though!!!

Once in a while I nap while the girls nap if I am exceptionally tired. If I am sick/have a cold I nap when they do to try and kick it faster.

Once in awhile I will nap longer than the girls if I have a migraine and my DH is around to watch them.

my twins are almost 1.5 years and i took my first nap in probably a year this past saturday. I was fighting a cold and just decided to sleep while they had their morning nap.

I do, not all the time but sometimes, especially since becoming a SAHM and spending more timw with DD. DD actually will not nap on her own, I have to lie down next to her and sometimes I just end up falling asleep cuddling with her.. I love it.. if I dont have anything pressing, I just give in to it!

rarely. dd will only take naps for 30 min, sometimes and hour if im lucky. so by the time i even tried to fall asleep, she would be waking up in a few min. Also, I use her nap time for ME time. I get to sit and have a cup of coffee or get a chance to eat lol. Otherwise I try and do chores. I usually only nap when she does if I am extremely tired. Sometimes on Sundays DH will take her in the morning and let me sleep a lil longer

Lately yes.

When DD was an infant, I always had bursts of energy and rarely napped, now that she is almost 2, I've been feeling burnt out and run down and probably once or twice a week I'll take a nap when she does. Usually my nap starts out as laying down with a book and ends with me snoozing. I've actually thought about having blood work done...because I have been unusually exhausted...but I haven't been sleeping good lately either

On the weekends, DH and I always alternate days. Saturdays he lets me sleep in and he wakes with DD and I let him nap that afternoon if he wishes. Sundays, he sleeps in and I nap in the afternoon if I want.

I did the other day! Sat. the girls went down for a nap at 1:30. Normally 1 or both wake after an hr or so, but I ended up falling asleep and waking them u at 4. Mostly because I was worried they slept so long and went to check if they were breathing

I am a SAHM and OMG yes!!!!!...........Looooooove naps!!!!

When my DD was a baby and up throughout the night I would usually nap *most* of the times when she did during the day because I was exhausted. As she got older and had a regular nap routine, I would sometimes doze off for a bit if I needed to during her nap time.

Now that's she is 4 and I am pregnant, I nap almost EVERY afternoon for at least a half hour but I don't worry about her. She cuddles up with me on the couch and watches her show and I doze off but if she makes a move, I feel her and wake up. And if she really needs anything she will wake me up and tell me. Sometimes I just need to close my eyes and recharge. Thank god she lets me.

Never...but I am not a napper. Even on bedrest...pregnant...never napped. Never napped after we brought her home from the hospital.

I try to sometimes bc she still doesn't fully sttn. But she usually only naps for 30 min at a time during the day anyway so by time I close my eyes she's up again.

I have always loved napping. I am home by 3:15 and on the rare times he is napping when I get home I nap too. Also on the weekends I sometimes nap while he naps or nap while DH plays with DS.

OH YES
As often as I can.
Before i had my DD it was almost every Saturday and Sunday
I also used to nap when i got home from work at 6 because DH and I worked opposite schedules so I had a lot of free time alone after work.

Now it's only when I can. Like if she is taking a nap and I have nothing going on- i will hop on the couch with the TV on and pass right out.
I LOVE napping!
