Did you read any helpful books when TTC?
I love planning ahead and I want to start reading, adjusting my diet etc.
Did you guys read anything good?

Taking charge of your fertility is great if you want to learn everything about your body you never knew!

Also see if your gyno or regular dre will give you a prescription for pre natals. If not you can take a multi vitamin with folic acid. You should quit smoking. I heard drinking is ok obviously until you find out you are pregnant

Thank you soooooo much!!!! I just checked out ebay and there are quite a few! Let me know if anyone here has put theirs on ebay or wants to sell it, I'd rather buy from LIF :)
