I wanted to share something I read with you all re: TTC
I read this in a magazine and wanted to pass it on incase it could help anyone:
...some herbal products may temporarily reduce fertility in both me and women, so it's best hat you and your partner avoid them if you're trying to conceive.
St John's Wart
Echinacea
and ginkgo
