Not from the moment of conception, no- I had a "feeling" it would be the following month. That's why when I was I was absolutely shocked. Only 5 DPO I was nauseous so that early I had a really good feeling but of course I didn't want to get my hopes up!

I had horrible implantation pain and cramping.. I knew right then and there that I was PG.
