cycle length/day question
If AF came on the 12th of August & the 12th (today)...today is the 31st day. Are my cycles 30 days or 31? TIA

I would say 31. August 12 was CD1, so if you count on from there, September 11 was CD 31, and now today is CD 1 again.

You would actually have a 32 day cycle I believe. From what my doctor told me....your first day of your period begins CD1 so if you count to today....today would be CD32 for last month AND CD1 for this month. I am almost 100% sure unless I was misinformed.

From Aug. 12 to Sept. 12 is 32 days. If Aug. 12 is CD 1, I would think on Sept. 11 is CD 31. Today for you is CD1 again. So your cycle should be 31 days.

ITA. Even though today is CD32, it became CD1 when you got AF, so your cycle is 31 days.
