question about cycle Day 1
this may sound silly, but if i get my period at 7pm, is today still considered cycle day 1 or would it be tomorrow?

i know with the CBEFM you don't count day 1 when you get your period if it's later in the day. you have to count it when you wake up with your full flow. a half day doesn't count as CD1
