constipation - ugh (possible tmi)
at 20 weeks, constipation just hit. thought I was safe, but apparently not. anyhow, what works for you?

I had it around that time also. To be honest, I drank a lot of juice but didnt take any medicine or OTC drugs for it. I just went when I could.

Eat your fruits and veggies, drink TONS of water and have an Activia Yogurt once a day.... you'll see things will start moving along
