i feel like i have 20 pounds of air and food stuck in my belly..I had to leave my pants unbuttoned all day underneath my sweater!

yup, right there with you. i actually already have a hemorrhoid 
spoke to my doctor about it and she recommended colace. plus, i've switched to prenatals without iron, at least for now, to get myself back to some kind of ... regularity

Make sure you take care of yourself.... I ended up having an emergency surgery because of it.
Use colace, don't "strain", don't eat spicy food. Take a "warm" bath to ease it.

 I did that one day (kept my pants unbuttoned) and I haven't worn those damn pants since because I can't face the fact that they don't fit right anymore! I tried collace but it didn't do much. I was taking 2/day for like a week and a half and was still going very very little, pebbles if you will. But one night I took 3 and woke up w/terrible cramps and had to call in sick the next day due to my belly emptying out...it was very painful and I won't do it again! I may go back to taking the 2/day, havent decided yet as the cramp thing was just on monday.

I have been dealing with it for weeks now. I find it wakes me up at night, and makes my morning miserable. I have found fibercon, raisin bran, prunes and lots of water help...but don't totally solve my problem. Hope you feel better soon.

Uhm yea...I've had that since I first got pregnant...it is awful!!!!!!!! My doctor told me to drink a lot of milk!!!!!! Its been helping a little!

Yup this just started for me about last week I had horrible constipation. I increased my fiber intake. I take fibersure everyday it is a form of metimuceil it flavorless so you can put it in anything. I have rasin bran for breakfast and eat prunes. It seems to be helping me a bit Try some of these things it might help east the constipation a bit.
