Anyone here looking for a real "handyman" special?
When I say "handy" i mean "handy"!!! There's no walls!!! Good for investors or people who do contruction i guess.

that is the exact condition our house was in, except not so clean and a lot of stuff still needed to be ripped out.
Our house had water damage from broken pipes & was gutted but not renovated when we purchased it. I can tell you the plumbing & electrical is $$$ to replace, looks like it needs insulation too.
I'm pretty sure that would be a cash sale, we couldn't get a mortgage on our house at first because it was unlivable.

that's probably EXACTLY what happened. I've seen that happen on "Flip This House" on TLC. people buy a house to flip and get overwhelmed and sell it mid gut.
$387k in that kind of shape?  riiiiiiiiight

I agree that the price is a little steep - especially since its on division avenue and its about 4 homes from the highschool
