any special ed tecahers? need advice on certification.
i have an initial certificain in childhood ed i just applied for a special ed license and it says the only thing i am deficient in is two years teachjing which i obviously have and a provisional license in specialed. Teh only option it gives me is for a permenant cert in special ed so i how can i have a provisional??

I wish I could help but I know the requirements have changed since I got my certs for ELED and SPED 10 years ago. I would call the teaching certification office at BOCES in Westbury. They may be able to help.
