figured i should just reply here.
i think they have to bring damon back. without him, there is no show. i just think him and elena have an amazing chemistry that stefan and elena lack.
i could care less about tyler but so glad alaric is back!
i finished watching the final and jut cannot believe i have to wait another 5 months for some answers! good job tvd. i give you credit for finishing strong after a weak middle.
on a side note, all of the cw shows i watch had amazing finales this week. i am still emotionally raw after the originals finale.

i've enjoyed it more than tvd. i LOVE elijah and klaus and have been a huge fan of the actress who play hayley since the secret circle.
btw, i just read this NIAN and squealed with happiness. though that does not look good for next season.

Ahhhhh! I hope they stay together and make beautiful NIAN babies!!! However, I'll be super bummed if Damon is gone for good!
I love Elijah! I think I'll really enjoy The Originals

I thought for sure Stefan would've been the one to go. Why would Bonnie grab Alaric first? Although I'm glad he's back haha
I'm sure next season will be all about bringing Damon and Bonnie back.

I thought the same thing! If she knew she was getting weak and might not be able to bring everyone...why grab Alaric first? That just didn't make sense!

She probably grabbed Alaric for Jeremy. She knew she was dying and wanted to bring back Alaric so he could have his parental figure back.
I agree with next season's plot focusing on bringing back Damon & Bonnie. Also- Stefan, Caroline, Tyler love triangle?

just watched!! I think i am the only one who wants Elaina and Stephan back together but i guess its not happening!! lol i am sad bonnie is gone again!! Cant wait for next season!
ETA: while trying to search for spoilers for next season cause i am very impatient  i just read that basically mystic falls doesn't have any supernatural in it.
So that means the magic the travelers undid will always be that way no one (supernatural)can ever go back to mystic falls?

I finally caught up!!..............my jaw is on the floor. Please tell me it isn't so. No Damon????? No, no, no. That cannot be. This is TVD, everyone comes back. This show is nothing without BOTH brothers.
I'm so sad. I feel so sad it's over, I'm not going to survive until Sept. What an awesome season finale. I thought it was a lackluster season at the halfway point but the last few episodes were great.
Can't wait to find out what happens.
