Do you mean Caroline and Stefan?? I like that idea too, but only if they kill off Tyler...I love Tyler, so i'd rather they kill him in dramatic TVD fashion, then just have him and Caroline breakup. I think the first 1 episodes were boring, but the last 2 were much better!!
I haven't watched the originals, I wasn't a Klaus fan, but Elijah was SO HOT! I miss Rebekah on TvD!

i was never a fan of tyler. and completely did not get the point of him just showing up and saying nothing. but whatevs.
hoping they kill off some of the auxilary characters and do something more with silas and tessa (i like her new name!)
I agree about Silas and Tessa. Also, WTH ever happened to April Young? I feel like they set her up to be a bigger character than she turned out to be last season.

I think that April didn't really connect with the audience (at least she didn't connect with me!) and she could have been a bigger character but she just didn't mesh well with the cast.
Love Caroline and Stefan's chemistry, but idk, can they do that? Don't know why I think it's ok for Elena to date both brothers but not for her best friend to date her ex. Too much Brenda/Kelly going on there for me!

I wouldn't mind seeing Caroline with stefan, but I don't think it would ever happen. I think if he's going to be with someone new, they need to bring in someone we haven't seen yet.

Very true, but the men are pretty so I don't try to get too upset about plot flaws and repetition...as long as Damon keeps smirking, I'm willing to overlook a lot!

Ugh! Yes! The fact that Bonnie hasn't mentioned that Katherine hasn't passed through her is SO annoying! Definitely convenient writing!! And seriously, Tyler is a hybrid and could totally take Katherine's daughter!
One of the main writers (Kevin Williamson) is writing for The Following now, and I wonder if that's why some of these obvious plot flaws exist.
And I wonder is Stefan will fall for " Elena " again, and how both brothers will react when finally realizing it's been Katherine...

Am I the only one not loving it this season? I was always a HUGE Vampire Diaries fan but since they spun off the Originals I feel like the show has lost some steam. I don't look forward to it like I use to.
However, I am loving The Originals but they were always some of my favorite characters anyway. Hoping Vampire Diaries starts getting good again, I feel a little bored.

I adore Klaus. I don't know why, I just can't help but to swoon over him. I love Elijah too, he's just so likeable. Guess that's why I'm digging The Originals so much.
I probably won't ever stop watching TVD either, even if it's gone downhill a bit. I still can't walk away entirely........what if it gets good again and I miss it????

I totally agree about how frustrating it is that Bonnie hasn't said anything about not having Katherine pass through her.
I also don't understand why Stefan hasn't figured out yet that it's not Elena and that Katherine has hijacked her body - he was always the one who could instantly tell the difference between the two of them. I think that Nina Dobrev really does a great job at playing all these different versions of the characters - you can definitely see the little nuances she adds when she's Katherine.
I am a total Elena/Stefan shipper, so I'm hoping they go back to that relationship at some point, but I also love Caroline with anyone and I think they are definitely going there with her and Stefan.
Loved that she and Klaus finally got together. I was totally sick of the whole Caroline and Tyler thing, such a snooze and I never really got excited about them together anyway.
