First off, I want to apologize if I am "scaring" people about Gramercy! It's not THAT bad! It just wasn't the caliber of Batzofin's office.

The staff is professional, but not overly friendly. There is a decent recovery room. The retrieval room is also fine (don't expect the soothing music of Batzofin's! Chat Icon

). They sort of whisked me off the chair the second I woke up from anesthesia - that I didn't love. But I did have all the time I needed to recover. When I asked to speak to the doctor, he came in rather quickly and answered all my questions.

Oh, also, different from Batzofin's was that they had my DH do this thing AFTER I was done, instead of during the procedure. Not the biggest deal, but I would have liked to have had DH there for all of the recovery period.

It's fine, though. I am not dreading going back for my transfer or anything. Chat Icon

the new office doesnt sound that good-I am planning on doing IVF in the fall and I am not looking forward to going there.

For my ER, D&E, and D&C there was always music playing!!

Also at Batzofin's my dh "donated" before the ER.

I'm getting very nervous but at this point I'm most nervous that my lining should be thicker!!

Yeaaa I know it's not really important... but I have an irrational fear of anesthesia and I find the music helps.

Plus.. what's wrong with a little classical elevator music while my babies are conceived?! Chat Icon
