Thanks for checking in! I appreciate it! Boys are doing great! Been so busy with my one son who has all the doctor appointments, cardiology, Endocrinology, nephology, eye doctor, G.I., and press surgery. Lots going on but he is doing great! Almost 10 pounds now! And the other guy is 14! He is beginning to catch up! We are so happy he is doing so well. The doctors told us that he would be stooling between 12-18 times a day because he doesn't have his colon and he is only stooling 3-5 times a day! We are so proud and happy for him. The doctors all said they didn't think he was going to make it in the NICU and here he is! We are so blessed! Thank hun for checking in! Xoxoxo hope everything is well with you!

Hey Jillee03! Thanks for checking in. They are doing well! Unfortunately they both somehow caught a cold but they are being troopers about that. Neither are running fever and their breathing is holding up it's just all in their heads not lungs thank god! Baby B still is going to weekly appointment though for his hypertension. They said it was getting better but I have been taking his blood pressure and it's still kinda high. He is finally starting to put on weight and the Endo doctor said he is hopeful that he won't have to have growth hormone shots as long as he continues to grow and not slow down so we are hopeful! Baby A is so chubby and doing well! Even the pediatrican can't believe how well he is doing for such an early preemie! Thanks for checking in! How are you doing?

Great update. I think about your boys all the time. My little peanut too is growing so fast too. He was 4-15 at. Ruth. Born at 37 weeks. Last week at 4 months he was 13-5.
I look at my nephew who was born at 29weeks and 2-15 at birth and he’s a healthy 3 year old now.
Just keep fighting through and in due time you’ll have all happy thoughts

That's right! Your nephew was also born at 29 weeks. Thanks for giving me hope and telling me everything will be okay! I appreciate it hun! Glad your little peanut is growing and doing well :)

Hi Jillee03!! You are so kind to be checking in monthly with me! I appreciate it!!! Yes we are getting so excited about the holidays coming! The boys are doing good! My on son still has high blood pressure issues though so we are still going weekly to the nephrologist to monitor and adjust dosing of his medications. But other than that he is catching up on his weight to his brother! He now weighs 12 pounds 6 oz. And his brother is 15 lbs 6 oz as of last week at the doctor! We are watching them closely for RSV when they have a cold because as you know it’s so dangerous.
How is your little peanut doing? How old now?

My son Will be 6 months on the 30th. He’s about 14lbs now. Yes the RSV is so scary and i try and keep my son away from all his cousins when they have colds just to be safe

Hey ladies! Such a wonderful first Christmas and yet I was also struggling with not having Joseph here. I was really emotional. It also didn’t help that people gave me gifts(necklace) with both my sons names but not their brother. It was just a reminder of him not being here so that was difficult. I miss him terribly but I was also SO happy to have my two survivors here at the same time. I hope you ladies all had a wonderful Christmas!
