I'm down 22 lbs since the end of Feb., doing WW. I really like the program and it works! I am also running - doing 3.5 miles, 3-4 x's per week. Have to start adding in some strength training soon. Have some things going on this week, but will hopefully add that in next week.

That's awesome! I'm back to WW too!

2017 Spring Shred

Good to see everyone doing so well! April was a rough month for me, between Passover and visiting the in-laws for a week it was really rough to stay on track. I think I gained .5 lb during those 2 weeks.
Went to AC this weekend for a girls trip and thought that there was no way I would lose, I was just hoping to stay the same, but I ended up losing 3.5 lbs!!! I'm now down a total of 12lbs on WW! I may be a turtle, but progress is progress.

Shocked! It was a rough week but somehow I still lost a little.

Haven't exercised in about 2 weeks. So it's all about diet right now. Hoping to get moving again once I'm feeling better physically. Thankfully, following WW is allowing me to continue to lose and get closer and closer to my goal!

Hey, that is still an almost 1lb loss, that's great! I;m going to try to go today after work. I know the loss isn't going to be as good as it should be, because normally I go first thing in the morning and today I will be going after I've already eaten 2 meals, but oh well!

2017 Spring Shred

I am doing well working out wise and just started IIFYM on Monday. I am still getting a feel for it (aka not hitting my macros), but it has made me more aware about what I am putting in my mouth and has caused me to up my protein intake. It also amazes me how much serving sizes are off (example - on the label it reads 1 TBSP (16 g), but when you measure it out 1 LEVEL TBSP is more like 18-19g.) I also like it cause yesterday I had BOTH pizza and ice cream cause it fit with no problem!!!

Re: 2017 Spring Shred

Just starting to get back into it, haven't been consistent since my birthday. Last week I worked out 4 days. This is my plan for this week:

Monday- 30 min arc climber
Tuesday - Chinese kickboxing
Wednesday - not sure might be my day off
Thursday - Chinese kickboxing
Friday - TBD

I need motivation and have to go to supermarket to start prepping my meals.

2017 Spring Shred

I have been doing IIFYM for about 3 weeks now. I have been hitting my macros probably 3/7 days perfectly. 2 days during the week, I am a little short so that I can be more flexible over the weekend. I will not lie, it is a lot of work, but you can eat literally anything. I have had ice cream every single night since starting this.

I've been traveling so much the last few months it's been hard to get into a routine. I just started the couch to 5K again (used to run a lot & have done 2 marathons but haven't run consistently the last two years). So it feels good to be following a running schedule, just finished week 2...and this week I did a 5 day fitness challenge with fitness blender on YouTube.
