Took a step class at the gym today. It's hard for me push myself like I want because I am still nursing a stress fracture in my femur. But I definitely Got a good workout.

Sticking to my WW points. Yesterday was a hungry day. Hoping today isn't the same. One thing I can't stand is going to bed really hungry. I couldn't sleep because of it.

One day at a time. Can't wait for Friday's weigh in. Hoping for at least a 2 lb loss.



I'm doing WW also, if I'm hungry at night and don't have points left over or have almost none, I drink a protein shake. I found one that is 0 points if mixed with water, IdealFit is the brand. I've tried the caramel mocha, strawberries and cream and the pina colada. Caramel mocha is my favorite, but all 3 are good. If I have 1 or 2 points I mix it with unsweetened cashew milk.

I'm sort of jumping in. I had acl surgery last week so obviously no exercise for me outside of my PT but since my injury in January I couldn't stop eating or drinking.

My goal until I can get back to running is to keep my eating healthy n check. Right now I don't have much of an appetite and no drinking cause I'm taking a ton of pain meds.



I hope you heal quickly so you can get back out there. Great idea getting your eating back in check until you can be more active.

Got my strength training workout in last night. I hate dragging myself to the gym, but I do feel better after going.

After moving at a snail's pace with weight loss, I had my biggest loss so far of 3.5lbs this week!



Great loss - and yeah - it's amazing how getting to the gym is more mental and emotional exhaustion than the workout itself - and when you're done you feel amazing.

Another day doing StrongLifts 5x5 with DH. Feeling stronger and "tighter" with every workout.
Starting to read Strong Curves and will incorporate some of those into the mix.

I did an hour of a Piyo class, I had a green smoothie for breakfast but messed up for lunch. I went out to eat with a coworker and had shrimp quesadilla with chips and guacamole, I couldn't resist. I'm going to do modified smoothie and may do a full one again end of this week.

I'm officially in week 3 of exercising. Right now I have two days, planning to do kickboxing tomorrow and workout on Saturday. Chat Icon

I needed something sweet and someone from a WW FB group reminded me about the 3,2,1 cake. Omg. Just what I needed for 2sp

Box of devils food cake & Box of angels food cake combined.

3 tablespoons of mix
2 tablespoons of water - mix it up
1 minute in microwave.

It's not the best cake ever but when you're on a diet and you need that piece of cake - it'll do.

I added 2 tablespoons of cool whip for 1sp on top

today has sucked. poor me.

i feel a cold coming on and i've been grumpy all day.

dinner was a grilled cheese sandwich and then i snuck a spoonful of canned frosting to sooth my poor soul... i'm so pathetic today.

i'm supposed to run tomorrow. let's see how i feel after a good night's sleep... nyquil, come to momma.

2017 Spring Shred

Went to kickboxing last night and had a great workout. I was really below my points yesterday, so I treated myself to 2 girlscout cookies and I savored every bite lol. I don't know how I've managed to keep them in the house for so long.

2017 Spring Shred

Yesterday was suppose to be an off day, but my 2 year old DS begged me to go for a run. I thought that we would be "running" together, but it went down like this:

DS: Mommy, can we go for a run?
Me: Sure!
DS: Bring the stroller in case I get tired.
Me: Ok
Run 10-20 steps
DS: "I'm tired, can I go in the stroller and you push me?"
Me: Ok
DS: "Run and push me fast"

Needless to say, I ran for 25 minutes pushing my 35 pound DS in the stroller!!

I went to kickboxing today! I am hoping to sneak in a workout tomorrow morning since I have a dentist appt before work. Hoping to get 4 or 5 days in.

My workouts were great this week, I did a 1000 calorie workout from fitness blender on YouTube today...so good!
My eating however wasn't the greatest...sometimes I just need pancakes!

5 days in WW and I'm down -1.8lbs.
Not bad.
Let's see what next Friday brings !

I did over 17k steps today. Took a dance class and lifted heavy

Not gonna lie - I want pizza and cake lol

Didn't make it to the gym yesterday because the weather was terrible but I did go to kickboxing today.

I've been drinking two smoothies a day but messed up yesterday with a cupcake and today had whole toast and sweet potato fries with my breakfast. Hoping tomdomgreen smoothie or salad for dinner.

Omg went off the rails on Saturday night and today! Lol

Went to a concert Saturday with 14 points ready to drink. Had one vodka and 7. Got home and was all set to eat a PB2 & banana sandwich but DH was eating BBQ Fritos and Cool ranch doritos
OMG - I attacked the bags. Then proceeded to have 2 chips ahoy cookies and one cheesecake square I made on Thursday for My neighbors and DH.

It felt great to just eat. BUT it of course went into today. Had a bagel & cc this morning w a Snapple. Found my willpower for lunch and dinner. But then hit those chips again

Tomorrow is a new start. Hoping Friday's weigh in isn't Screwed because I turned Into a snack monster this weekend.

I did horrible too.. I ate bread and homefries. Yesterday I had vegetarian enchilada and burritos. Totally off the rails on this weekend.

Trying to focus again, started the 10-day green smoothie cleanse again. I have a metabolic conditioning class today after work. My goal is to do 5 days this week.

2017 Spring Shred

Went a little off Saturday night. We went out for mom's b-day dinner, but I had most of my weekly points saved for it. Good thing I got some good work outs in, went into my fit points as well! Mostly back on track yesterday, except for the doughnut at the street fair near me...they just looked sooooo good. Made DH split it with me though.

Even with all that, lost another 1.5 lbs this morning! It's a slow process for me, but as long as I stay consistent I know I will reach my goals.

Last night after work I did a Metabolic Conditioning class,it was a circuit training with 4 stations. Today I hope to make it to kickboxing. Had three green smoothies and snacked on fruit yesterday.

2017 Spring Shred

Friday - 42 minute cycling, Lifting (Arms), 10 minute run
Saturday - 45 minute cycling, 15 minute BBG abs, 10 minute run
Sunday - 30 minute cycling HIIT, Zoe butt workout, 10 minute run
Monday - 50 minute power and strength cycling

Over the weekend, I went to my friend's house for a girl's night out and had too much wine and food. I am still recovering!!

So it's that time of the month and yesterday I did terrible Chat Icon I ate Greek food and a banana strawberry crepe.

Today I had my smoothies but ate like 1000 Reese's and mini snickers. I don't understand why my job is all of a sudden putting out better candies. I need the old lady candies back. However, I did make it to a Cardio Dance class Chat Icon

2017 Spring Shred

So, after losing 13 lbs over 5 weeks of WW, DH and I went away last week, to an all-inclusive resort. I knew I was not going to track food or really be good, but I did try to keep things "reasonable" most days lol. For the most part I ate what I wanted. I did work out at the gym 3 x's and did a water aerobics class twice - neither of which I would normally do on vacation.

Weighed myself 2 days after we got home (and after one good gym work out and a day of strictly following WW) and was only up 3.2lbs! I was very happy with that (expected it to be much worse!) Have now been home 3 days, have worked out every day and have lost about .8, so hoping by the time I weigh in, on Sat, will be very close to the weight I was before vacation.

Down 1.2 lbs today!


No gym all week because I have been sick and have a terrible stye. I was afraid to weigh this morning because of all the broth I've been drinking. Figured the salt alone would cause no loss or even a gain. But , I stayed within my ww points. Ate all of them everyday and had a loss.

Hopefully be back to good health next week so I can get to the gym a few times and work even harder towards my goal!
