I'm a pretty happy soul....I found my soulmate Will and married him October 2006. We just had a beautiful baby girl on November 26, 2008.
I am a lover of family and friends, laughing, loving, kissing, art, music, books, traveling, exploring, learning, creating, writing, reading, reflecting, fine wine, fine dining, museums, singing, celebrating, decorating my house, my kitty cats and so much more that life offers. Well I'm a Children's Librarian so I have a soft spot for Children's Books to say the least. One of my favorite children's books is called "The Library" by Sarah Stewart. Other loves: The Giving Tree, Leo the Late Bloomer, Miss Rumphius, and I just got the Caldecott Winner Hello, Goodbye Window signed by the illustrator! : ) I also read a lot of Young Adult books to stay current in my field. But I love the classics like Pride and Prejudice and poetry by Yeats, Tenneyson, Frost etc. and the recent books by Margaret Atwood, Joyce Carol Oates, Alice Walker, Toni Morrison, etc. Recently, I've developed a fun relationship with chic lit. I'm a real bookworm. : ) |
