Marble Pumpkin Chocolate Bundt Cake

Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake


  • 1 ¾ C. Sugar
  • 1 t. Salt
  • 2 Sticks of softened butter
  • 2 1/3 C. Canned 100% pure pumpkin
  • 2 2/3 C. Flour
  • 2 t. Baking Powder
  • 2 t. Baking soda
  • 2 t. Pumpkin spice
  • 2 t. Vanilla extract
  • 4 Large eggs at room temperature
  • 6 oz. Semi-sweet baking chocolate melted and cooled
  • Dust with powdered sugar


Heat oven to 350o. Coat 10” bundt pan with pan spray. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter and sugar on high for 3 minutes. On medium beat in eggs one at a time. On low beat in pumpkin then flour mixture. Pour half of the batter in another bowl and stir in melted chocolate then vanilla. In the other half of the batter stir in pumpkin spice. Alternating batters, drop large spoonfuls into pan. Run knife through to marbleize. Bake for 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
