Lake George winter
Anyone have any recommendations for a family friendly winter resort for little kids in Lake George? Wanted to go to ice castles, winter fest, carnival. Anyone ever been?

The Sagamore is great. Also Six Flags Great Escape.

The Sagamore is very nice but in the summer it's $1500 a night. Totally insane. Maybe it's cheaper in winter.
For winter, I'd go with the Great Escape Lodge since it has the indoor water park- so something more to do in the winter.

It is cheaper in the winter, and you can get it cheaper than $1500 in the summer if you stay in the lodge. They have an indoor pool and a huge rec center that my kids loved.
