We got DH’s aunt a subscription to Netflix - she absolutely loved it. Every time we see her she tells us what she’s watching.
What about an Alexa or echo dot? He or she can listen to music, get the news, etc

not sure how you feel about this, but for Birthday's for those older we always adopt a marine animal from Riverhead foundation, it's a donation and the person gets a lovely card, pictures and a story of the person

i ended up getting her a nice pair of silver earrings and bottle of champagne.
I love all the ideas. what is a bed jacket btw?

A bed jacket is basically a robe, but short like a jacket so you can wear it in bed.
